Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipping from our US location

Do you ship on Saturday?

Yes. All orders placed before 12pm EST on Saturday will ship out same day!

Do you offer express service?

Yes. Choose from Fed-Ex Overnight options (1-day) or USPS Priority Express (1-2 days).

My USPS Priority 2-3 day shipment is running late, is there a money-back guarantee?

No. We’re sorry about the delay. While most Priority mail shipments arrive on time, USPS does not provide a guarantee that they will arrive within 2-3 shipping days. Only USPS Priority Express (1-2 day guarantee) and Fed-Ex Overnight offers time definite shipping guarantees. Please take this into consideration when placing your order to make sure your are selecting the right shipping speed for your needs.

Do you ship to internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries where this product is legal. Please contact us to verify that we ship to a particular country.

The product I have received does not look exactly like the picture on your website. Is this a mistake?

Please be assured that our warehouse labels all strains correctly. The pictures on our website are examples only and might not reflect the exact same color as the product you receive. This is an organic, jungle harvested, product and there may be some small variations between each batch.

Do you resell returned items?

Absolutely not! Unsealed return-items are unable to be resold due to potential contamination concerns.

Do you have a physical store or a pickup location?

No.

Do you ship in discreet packaging?

Yes. All orders and shipped in plain bubble mailers or standard USPS provided packaging materials. The business name or name of the product is not visible on the outside.

Satisfaction Guarantee – Return/Replacement

Not satisfied with the quality of our products?

We’re sorry that they didn’t meet your expectations! – We can accept returns up to two weeks (14 days) after delivery. Please contact our customer-service through the Contact Us webpage if you plan to return a product. All products must be returned before a replacement or refund is provided. Please reach out to us through the Contact Us page on our website and we will walk you through the easy process. We urge you to buy a sample pack to test out any products before making a larger order. Our sample packs always reflect the inventory that is in production at that time.

Return/Replacement Terms

1oz – 4oz

No more than 25% of the product may be missing when the product is sent back.

8oz – 1kg

No more than 10% of the product may be missing for return to be accepted

 *Please be advised: any abuse of our return policy will result in being banned from purchasing from the site.

Is there a discount for purchasing larger quantities?

Wholesale sizes receive discounts over retail sizing and also include free USPS Priority shipping. Purchasing larger retail sizes also ensures a lower cost per oz price.


Do you offer lab-results.

No, we do not publish our lab-results to general public since every batch is different. Please be assured that all of our products undergo strict control processes in order to assess quality and ensure the highest possible product standards.
